• Taking quizzes and assessments as part of your enrolled courses
• Downloading certificates of completion for courses you have finished

• Updating your profile information and account settings

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 Academic Malpractice

• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or circumvent quiz or assessment systems
• Sharing quiz questions, answers, or assessment content with other users
• Submitting work or answers that are not your own
• Using unauthorized external assistance during timed assessments
• Impersonating another user during quizzes or course activities

3.2 Technical Malpractice

• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to access systems, databases, or data you are not authorized to view
• Injecting malicious code, scripts, or exploits into the platform
• Using VPNs or proxies to bypass access restrictions or security controls
• Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from the platform
• Installing browser extensions or hardware devices that intercept or modify platform data

3.3 Content and Conduct

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling course content to unauthorized parties
• Recording, screenshotting, or reproducing copyrighted course materials
• Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful files

4. Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, videos, quizzes, and resources are the intellectual property of CTekk Solutions or their respective owners
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content solely for personal learning
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission
• Certificates issued by Benzaiten LMS are for personal professional records only and may not be altered or misrepresented

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of this Usage Policy
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity on your account
• You engage in academic or technical malpractice
• You are found to be under the age of 16
• You provide false information during registration

6. Platform Availability

• We strive to maintain high platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible
• We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability
• Course access remains valid for the duration specified at the time of enrollment

7. Reporting Violations
